Feels Like Yesterday

New Writing£1460 mins

Siblinghood – the longest running argument you’ll ever have. Made up of equal parts love and competition, ‘Feels Like Yesterday’ explores how a sibling relationship changes over time. This is a piece of new writing, brought to the stage by Wavelength Theatre in our third year at Camden Fringe Festival. As a youth-led production company, Wavelength represents a multitude of young identities, and challenges expectations of ‘happily ever after’. We aim for you to feel immersed and invested in the world of our characters and take away a piece of our show and company with you. The show unfolds in the familiar in-between space of a car journey, where siblinghood flourishes in number plate games, car-aoke, and spontaneous deep and meaningful chats. Two siblings reminisce about growing up, recalling core memories and their journey from enemies to strangers to best friends. Set across past and present, ‘Feels Like Yesterday' is filled with love, memory, and laughs.
